This file is the new option file for PTE Patch 2017 & also PES Professionals Patch 2017. Thanks to Mackubex for creating the file. Many new transfer updates have been applied to this file.

Latest Transfers based from Transfermarkt.com (as of 7/20/2017) such as Romelu Lukaku to Manchester United, Alexandre Lacazette to Arsenal, Wayne Rooney to Everton, Dani Ceballos to Real Madrid, Leonardo Bonucci to AC Milan, Dani Alves to Paris Saint-Germain, James Rodriguez to Bayern Munich, Douglas Costa and Wojciech Szczesny to Juventus, Tiemoué Bakayoko and Alvaro Morata to Chelsea, Kyle Walker to Manchester City, Nelson Semedo to FC Barcelona, etc.

Teams:
In the 2017-18 Barclays' Premier League Season, Brighton & Hove Albion, Huddersfield Town and Newcastle United are all promoted from the EFL Championship. While Hull City, Middlesbrough and Sunderland got relegated to the second division for the 2017-18 EFL Championship Season. For the 2017-18 La Liga Season,  Getafe, Girona and Levante are the teams promoted from the Segunda División. The three promoted clubs will replace Sporting Gijón, Osasuna and Granada who were all relegated last season and will now play in the Segunda División. In the 2017-18 Serie A Season,  Benevento , Hellas Verona and SPAL are all promoted from Serie B. While Empoli, Palermo and Pescara gets ready for the 2017-18 Serie B Season after being relegated from Serie A last season. For the 2017-18 Ligue 1 Season, three clubs were promoted: Strasbourg, Amiens and Troyes. They replace Bastia, Nancy and Lorient, who were relegated and will now play in  Ligue 2. For the 1. Bundesliga 2017-18 Season, Hannover 96 and Vfb Stuttgart was promoted last season and will replace SV Darmstadt and FC Ingolstadt.

Eredivisie (AZ, Ajax, Feyenoord, PSV, Twente, Vitesse), and Turkish Clubs (Besiktas, Fenerbahce, Galatasaray). Updated Squads & Formation for all clubs in the Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, Ligue 1, Eredivisie (AZ, Ajax, Feyenoord, PSV, Twente, Vitesse), and Turkish Clubs (Besiktas, Fenerbahce, Galatasaray). Updated Managers & Rival Clubs for all clubs in the Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, Ligue 1, Eredivisie (AZ, Ajax, Feyenoord, PSV, Twente, Vitesse), and Turkish Clubs (Besiktas, Fenerbahce, Galatasaray) for all Premier League Clubs (2017/18 Season).

This is only with both PTE Patch v5.3 and PES Professionals Patch.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Choose the OF between PTE Patch 2017 or PESProfessionals Patch 2017.

2. Move Option File to Documents/KONAMI/Pro Evolution Soccer 2017/save

3. Backup your Option File first in case there's any errors.
